Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (templates, texture packs, downloadable assets), all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Exceptions:
- The product is materially different from its description
- Technical issues prevent the product from functioning as intended
- Duplicate purchase made in error
2. API Services
For API subscription or usage-based services:
- Within 7 days: Full refund available if no API calls have been made
- After 7 days or usage: No refund, but you may cancel future billing
- Service issues: If our service experiences significant downtime, we will provide proportional credits
3. Custom Development
For custom software development projects:
- Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
- Work completed prior to cancellation is non-refundable
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless no work has commenced
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your order number or transaction ID
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We will respond to refund requests within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
